His goal is to assist folx in their healing journey, equipping people with the skills, knowledge and desire to not just live, but to thrive in and enjoy life.
He has experience in working with folks experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, emotional disturbances, relationship concerns, recurrent negative thoughts, survivors of sexual trauma, abuse and violence, unresolved childhood related concerns, generational traumas, racial trauma, toxic masculinity, substance use/abuse and general PTSD.
