Black Individual Therapy

Black folks deserve access to quality, culturally literate and competent mental health care. Everyone can benefit from individual therapy but therapy for our Black community is important in maintaining Black mental health- worldwide.

What is Black Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy for Black people living in Dallas, at BPOQe, is facilitated in a one-on-one environment: just the client and therapist. The client and therapist establish treatment goals that are specific to the concerns the client and therapist collaboratively identify in the assessment phase.
