Delisea Johnson, LCSW

she/her/hers

Senior Therapist

  • We are in a world where experiencing life transitions is something we “just deal with”. In reality, how are we dealing with it? We experience so much in life: getting married or divorced, starting a new job or going to college, having a baby, or life is just happening. All of these things, and many more, affect how we show up in our lives. Our personal stressors can cause challenges in our marriages, our families, at work, with our friends, or it can lead to feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained/exhausted, or feeling down. I am here to meet you wherever you are and provide therapeutic support.

My clinical journey has allowed me to work with a diverse population of children as young as 3 to senior adults, in schools, inpatient and outpatient hospitals. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, groups, and families. I work as your guide, as you navigate your journey. My approach is to meet you where you are and support you on your own journey.

Creating a safe space for you to feel heard, validated, connected, but also challenge the way you have learned to navigate through the world. I want my clients to be your true authentic self and explore ways for your personal growth while increasing your self-acceptance. My knowledge is important, but therapy is a collective effort, where we work together.

Jordan Sanders, LMSW

she/her/hers

Skilled Associate Therapist

  • Life can be challenging. As a former college athlete, who is no stranger to challenges, Jordan is ready to lace up and be on your team. One way we can combat the challenges that life throws at us is to know and understand who we are. That is where Jordan comes in!
You are worthy of getting to know yourself and how knowing yourself impacts your interpersonal relationships and, most importantly, YOU. A holistic approach toward finding and maintaining your voice is the goal. Through encouragement, support, and guidance, your therapeutic journey is set up for success as we navigate your world. Meeting you where you are is my philosophy and having a person-centered approach to therapy lays a great foundation for a healthy therapeutic relationship.
As a young Black woman, Jordan is aware of the intersecting identities that play a part in growing up in a world that does not always positively reflect self. The world can give us false narratives, which Jordan can help to dispel. She has experience working with all ages. She currently works with adolescents experiencing identity issues, substance use struggles, and navigating the complexities of coming into their own. Jordan wants to help you see your worth. She also works with those experiencing depression, anxiety, and whom have experienced trauma.

Nicole Anderson, LPC

she/her/hers

Senior Therapist

  • “When you choose yourself, you show the world what you truly deserve”. Choosing ourselves is not always met with ease, acceptance, or understanding; however, it does notcome without reward! Welcome to the other side of life, where healing resides.”
Nicole is a self-proclaimed “hope dealer” with a passion for all things Black and mental health. She has gained unparalleled experience by working collaboratively with Indiana’s child welfare and juvenile justice systems for approximately 8 years. Her experience and areas of expertise include but are not limited to, abuse and neglect, post traumatic stress, race related trauma and discrimination, sexually harmful behaviors, mood and anxiety disorders, challenges with positive self-image, and attachment disorders.
Driven by ethics, creativity, and humor, she takes pride in creating a therapeutic space that resembles a conversation at your kitchen table. Nicole believes therapy should be an experience that allows you the unique opportunity to regain focus of the part of yourself that oftentimes gets lost in the noise of others. A space to reflect, release, and relearn. Life, responsibility, and finding matching socks is hard enough, therapy shouldn’t be too. At least not all the time.
