Bethany Williams, LPC

she/her/hers

You may not know in great detail how this journey of growth toward being your best self will look, but one thing is for sure- intentionality is key. It is selectively choosing who you want to have in your support circle as you begin and maintain your journey toward growth and healing.

Bethany has over 12 years of experience in working with adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit (ADHD/ADD), personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Bethany has also worked with folks in developing life skills, overcoming job stressors, getting through personal and social challenges, developing healthy interpersonal and romantic relationships, coping with illness, survivorship after abuse and trauma, domestic and intimate partner violence, and many other areas of concern.

Bethany recognizes that everyone's situations and experiences are different. Showing up with an open-mind, curiosity, and a willingness to try new things are Bethany’s expectations as she embarks on this healing path with you. She will meet you where you are, helping you establish a tool-box that you feel confident in using while life be lifin’.
